Audio from a session at the 2017 Charleston Library Conference titled “Long Arm of the Law.” This session was presented by the late Bill Hannay, Attorney at Law, and long time presenter at the Charleston Conference.
In this “Long Arm” presentation, Bill talks about some lawsuits involving Google, the decision of the European Court of Justice regarding libraries and the lending of ebooks, the ReDigi case along with other copyright issues from that year.
