Audio from a session at the 2018 Charleston Library Conference titled “Long Arm of the Law.”  This session was presented by the late Bill Hannay, Attorney at Law, and longtime presenter at the Charleston Conference. 

In today’s episode, we’re revisiting the “2018 Long Arm of the Law” session presented by the late Bill Hannay, Attorney at Law. In this Long Arm presentation which Bill titled “As My Whimsy Takes Me”, he talks about the more whimsical aspects of several high-profile lawsuits from that year involving the information industry, gives an update on the right to be forgotten and performs one of his famous musical tributes to the cases.
