Audio from a session at the 2016 Charleston Library Conference titled “Long Arm of the Law.” This session was presented by the late Bill Hannay, Attorney at Law, and long-time presenter at the Charleston Conference.
In this “Long Arm'' presentation, Bill gives an update on the Right to Be Forgotten, the right to access for individuals with disabilities and MOOC’s at UC- Berkeley, the Georgia State e-Reserve Case and the Delhi University Copyright Case. At the end, Bill performs one of his famous musical renditions to sum it all up.
